​Alpha Delta Pi always welcomes girls to go through formal recruitment. Through formal recruitment, you can meet and expand your knowledge of the Greek community here at Chico State. My name is Addi Sparks, a senior here at  Chico and the  Vice President of Recruitment! When I went through the formal recruitment process, I had no idea how significant of an impact it would make on my life.  When I stepped foot into Alpha Delta Pi, I knew this would be my forever home. I could see how genuine the girls were and completely fell in love with it. The pref ceremony at Alpha Delta Pi was so beautiful, and I could tell how much the girls loved and cared for each other. That is the beauty of recruitment. You get to see where you feel most at home at the six beautiful chapters on this campus. I never knew how much self-growth I would have during my college experience. I entirely give all the credit to Alpha Delta Pi. I held the Vice President of Recruitment position for two years and fell in love with everything about recruitment. It is the most memorable time of the year, and I encourage you to go through the process if you’re thinking about it. I couldn’t love Adpi more if I tried!!!! We live for each other; when we say that, we genuinely mean it. As my year here comes to an end and I head towards graduation, I can truly say that going through recruitment was the best decision. I wouldn’t change my experience for the world. Alpha Delta Pi encourages YOU to go through the formal process of finding your home away from home.
